- Before your ad is published, it undergoes a review process to ensure it complies with our guidelines. If your ad is rejected during this review, you will receive a full refund.
Cancelled Campaigns:
- If you decide to cancel your ad campaign before it starts, we will refund the 80% amount only. However, once the campaign begins, no refunds will be provided.
Technical Issues:
- In the unlikely event of technical glitches or website downtime affecting your ad’s visibility, we will work promptly to resolve the issue. However, this does not qualify for a refund.
IP API Refund Policy

Service Interruptions:
